Norm vs commitment

A market norm is not a promise.

MOQ 1 pc, samples in 1–5 days and mass production in 7–30 days are market norms. They describe the category, not GEOLiNK's commitment.

For a GEOLiNK order, MOQ, sample timing, lead time, warranty, payment and Incoterm are open items.

Open means ask: the quotation states the term.
