Industrial motherboards, measured for hard environments.
Six form factors, 28 models, and 24 boards documented at −20 °C to +60 °C. Six models take 9–36 V DC. Watchdog, COM and GPIO are listed model by model.
The shelf / one view
Six envelopes. 28 models. One specification language.
The catalog is small enough to scan and deep enough to cover a machine family. Every count below opens the index behind it.

Form factors / start from the envelope
Pick the footprint first. The I/O follows.
Mounting holes and cabinet depth decide more than the CPU. Each card opens the form-factor index with every model in that envelope.

Open indexIndustrial package / what the rating covers
Industrial is a package, not a CPU label.
The processor can be the same as a consumer board. The difference sits in the validation and the parts around it: temperature range, DC input window, watchdog, field I/O and change control.
Envelopes / true scale
Six sizes, drawn to the same scale.
The outlines use the published dimensions at 1.2 px per millimetre. Size is the first decision; the model count shows how deep each envelope runs.
Industries / route by the machine
Six routes from industry to envelope.
Each route narrows the catalog to the conditions the machine actually sees.

Process / sample to production
Six steps, one predictable path.
The sequence is fixed so a sample and a production run are quoted against the same documentation.
- 01 Inquiry Envelope, range, I/O count
- 02 Selection and DFM review Closest model and changes
- 03 Sample One unit, documented
- 04 Pilot Small run, same BOM
- 05 Production Fixed-BOM intent
- 06 Test and ship Test record and packing
Process map · DFM review precedes the sample.
Compliance / what is on file
Three documents, one scope.
CE-EMC, FCC SDoC and RoHS documentation are held for the Q-BOX-S5 Industrial Mini PC under Piesia's name. They are not certificates for a bare board.
For a motherboard, request the documents that apply to that model. No quality-system, safety or medical-device certification is claimed here.
Board-level documents on request, per model.
Read the quality positionBefore the quote
Four questions before a quote.
Commercial terms are confirmed per model and configuration; nothing is guessed on this page.
Ask a different questionWhat is the minimum order, and can I start with a sample?
MOQ is on request and depends on model and configuration. One unit is enough to start a DFM review; sample and production quantities are quoted together.
How long do the quote and lead time take?
Quote within 24–48 h. Lead time is confirmed with your quote, after model, quantity and configuration are fixed.
Where is the datasheet?
Every model has a specification card; 25 English cards are on file. Ask by model name, and request board-level documents for that model.
Can you customize the board?
BIOS, silkscreen, I/O and structure changes are handled as OEM/ODM work. The sample follows a DFM review.
Inquiry / one form
Send the envelope. Get the closest model.
Tell us the form factor, operating range and I/O count. We reply with the closest model and its specification card, usually within 24–48 h.
