01 / Privacy
What the inquiry form collects.
The inquiry form has 7 fields: name, company, work email, country, model or requirement, quantity, and message. Four are required; the other three are optional.
We use the fields to answer the request and prepare a quote. We do not sell inquiry data, and we do not add addresses to a newsletter. The note under the form repeats this on every page.
Retention: the request and any quote stay in the sales mailbox for 2 years after the last reply. Ask for deletion at any time and we remove the record, except where a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Terms of use.
- Specifications
- Cards are current at publication and can change. Confirm the model card with your quote before a purchase order.
- Documents
- Datasheets and images belong to their owners. Do not republish them as your own. Ask before using a card in a public tender.
- Compliance scope
- Q-BOX-S5 documentation is held by Piesia. No certification of a bare board is claimed on this site. Ask for the current scope and holder details.
- System responsibility
- The site is provided as information. Enclosure design, system-level validation and final compliance stay with the integrator.
- Trademarks
- GEOLiNK™ is a trademark of 几何智联（深圳）科技有限公司; registration pending. Product names remain the property of their owners.
04 / Requests
How a privacy request is handled.
Request
Write to sales@geolinkpcb.com with Privacy request in the subject. Say what you need.
Verification
We reply from the sales address and ask for the details needed to find the record.
Response
We confirm what we hold and what we will do. The first reply is within 24–48 h; a full answer follows within 30 days.
Deletion or correction
We delete or correct the record and confirm it in writing. If a legal obligation prevents deletion, we say why.

What data is collected?
The 7 form fields plus the message. No phone, postal address or tax number is requested.
Is it shared?
We do not sell inquiry data. A technical question may be passed to Piesia to prepare the answer.
How long is it kept?
For 2 years after the last reply. Ask for deletion sooner and we remove the record.
How do I request deletion?
Email sales@geolinkpcb.com with Privacy request and the form email address. We verify, delete and confirm.
Does the site use cookies?
No advertising or analytics cookies, no account and no cart.
