Each stage has an owner and a hand-off. A board does not advance until the prior check is closed.

Material flow / one direction

One direction, no rework loop.

Rejected units leave the main flow for rework or scrap; the released board continues forward. The diagram follows the line as it runs, not a marketing sequence.

  • Stage gates hold the board until the prior check is closed.
  • Rework is a separate path, not a loop back through the line.
  • Packaging is the last gate, not a dispatch step.

Audit access is arranged with Piesia and confirmed per project. It is not a published term. Ask with the model and quantity so the request can be scoped.

Is there batch traceability?

Batch traceability is part of the test regime. Test records are shared where the supplier holds them; the exact record set is confirmed with your quote.

How is packaging controlled?

Packaging and silkscreen changes are reviewed per project. Carton, label and protection requirements are confirmed at quotation; no packaging standard is published here.
